Facilitating growth and development opportunities for the private sector, the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will host a webinar on “List your family business on the Colombo Stock Exchange” to 23e November 2021.

Conducted in partnership with Acuity Partners, the webinar will focus on demystifying the process of listing companies on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), with industry experts offering comprehensive insights and advice on financing family business growth. to reach their full potential.

The session will introduce participants to the CSE registration process, providing information on topics such as the requirements to be fulfilled to be eligible for CSE registration as well as a summary of ongoing registration requirements, available options. for listing and advice on which a business can be listed and the pros and cons of listing. Common concerns of family businesses considering listing, including concerns about control of the business, investor expectations, options available for financing growth and the future of the business, will also be discussed.

Participants will have the opportunity to address their questions and concerns to the panel during the question-and-answer session following the presentation.
