Susan is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. She is legal counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors of Cross Country Healthcare, overseeing corporate governance, securities matters, risk management, workers’ compensation, insurance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions and the facilitation of strategic corporate initiatives. Prior to practicing law, she was a registered nurse, which gave her a unique insight into the legal issues facing the business. Susan has extensive experience in public company matters, serving as a valuable strategic partner to the Cross Country Healthcare leadership team. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Susan held positions at Gunster, a Florida-based law firm, and at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and was Director of Jamestown Indemnity. Susan is a member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar and received her BS from Ohio State University, cum laude, JD from New York Law School, magna cum laude and MBA from Florida Atlantic University, magna cum laude .
Pamela Jung is president of the Cross Country Workforce Solutions group. She has over 25 years of management, sales, operations and marketing experience for Fortune 1000 companies. She founded HealthCare Talent and its parent company, Workforce Solutions Group, which was acquired by Cross Country Healthcare in 2021. Prior to Starting her own business, she was a senior territory manager for a national staffing and outsourcing company, where she was responsible for the development and launch of all product offerings. Pamela has worked in the information and entertainment industries and held executive positions for large companies like Spherion and GE during her previous career. Its expertise lies in start-up projects, turnarounds and workforce reengineering. Pamela holds a BA from California State University. She is a member of the board of directors of the Southern California Council on Aging.
