At the AGM held on Wednesday November 24 in Anguilla, the shareholders of Kidoz Inc. elected the Board of Directors: Tarrnie Williams Sr., Executive Chairman; the co-CEOs, Eldad Ben Tora and Jason Williams; and the non-executive directors Fiona Curtis, Claes Kalborg and Moshe David, as well as reappointed the auditors of Davidson & Company and reaffirmed the 2015 stock option plan of the company.
Additionally, during the meeting, Kidoz officially launched the company’s COPPA-compliant programmatic advertising solution: Kidoz Connect. This new version of the product is a unique programmatic solution providing “review and monetization” technology to enable large scale open market advertising supply.
